May 16, 2023

If you've been playing Minecraft for a while, you've probably heard of the stronghold. This elusive fortress is home to the End Portal, the gateway to the game's final boss - the Ender Dragon. But finding the stronghold can be a real challenge, even for experienced players. That's where this guide comes in.

In this article, we'll be sharing our top tips and tricks for locating the stronghold in Minecraft. We'll cover everything you need to know to embark on this epic adventure. Whether you're a seasoned player or a newcomer to the game, we've got you covered.

So buckle up, grab your pickaxe, and get ready to explore the depths of the Minecraft world. With our help, you'll be able to locate the stronghold and take on the Ender Dragon like a true champion.

What is the Minecraft Stronghold?

In a nutshell, the stronghold is an underground structure that spawns randomly in the Minecraft world. It's made up of various rooms and corridors, and it's where you'll find the End Portal.

But getting to the stronghold isn't easy, and requires ender eyes. It's located deep underground, and it can be tricky to find.

Once you do find the stronghold, you'll need to navigate through its winding corridors and fend off its dangerous inhabitants.

How to get ender eyes?

As mentioned earlier, to locate the End Portal you require ender eyes, and these items are a bit tough to craft.

The first thing you'll need is some Blaze Powder. You can get this by killing Blazes in the Nether. Once you have Blaze Powder, combine it with an Ender Pearl to create an Ender Eye.

Getting the Blaze Rods is the tedious part as it requires you having to kill Blaze, which are very hard to kill as they float away while shooting fire!

How to get to the Stronghold?

So, you've got your hands on some Ender Eyes and you're ready to find the Minecraft Stronghold.

The first thing you'll want to do is head to an open area, away from trees and other obstructions. Then, toss the Ender Eye in the air and follow its trajectory to see where it lands. Keep doing this until the Ender Eye starts hovering in one spot - this is where the stronghold is located.

But here's the catch - the Ender Eye can be a bit temperamental. If it starts veering off in a different direction, chances are you've gone too far. You'll need to keep tossing the Ender Eye and following its direction until you get a good sense of where the stronghold is located.

Another thing to keep in mind is that the Ender Eye will only take you so far. Once it lands, you'll need to start digging down to find the stronghold. Keep an eye out for any unusual terrain features like ravines or caves - the stronghold tends to spawn near these.

With a little bit of luck and a whole lot of perseverance, you'll eventually locate the Minecraft Stronghold using Ender Eyes.

How to activate the Ender Portal

You've located the Minecraft Stronghold, fought off the mobs, and made your way to the End Portal. But how do you activate it?

It's simple, really - just fill in all of the empty blocks in the frame with Ender Pearls. Once all of the blocks are filled, the End Portal will activate and you'll be transported to the End dimension.

Preparing for the Ender Dragon Fight

Preparing for the Ender Dragon fight is no easy feat, but with the right supplies and strategy, you can emerge victorious. First and foremost, you'll want to come prepared with good gear and weapons. Diamond armor, a bow, and plenty of arrows are essential for this battle. You'll also want to bring along some blocks to help you navigate the terrain.

But that's not all - it's a good idea to bring plenty of food, potions, and even a bed to set your spawn point in the stronghold. This way, if things go south, you can respawn right where you need to be.

And don't forget about strategy - the Ender Dragon has a few tricks up its sleeve, but with the right plan, you can overcome them. Take out the crystals that are healing the dragon first, and then focus on attacking the dragon itself.

And in no time, the Dragon will be dead. The only thing remaining after killing the Dragon is taking its egg back to your base as a trophy of your achievement
